Loan a laptop!
Check out the info below to start the process of borrowing a laptop from us. It shouldn't take long and there's not a long form to fill in.
Is it for you?
You need to consider whether the laptops we offer will meet your needs. If your college/university/oragnisation subscribes to and provides access to web based apps like Microsoft Office 365 or G-Suite, it's likely they will as you just need a web connection to access apps and storage provided online.
About you
We need to know a bit about you, so we know where you are (to get the machine to you), and how to stay in contact with you. After all we'd like the laptop back once you've finished with it. We usually ask you to check in with us once every month to let us know how things are going and if there's anything we can do to help you.
Terms and conditions
If you want to borrow a laptop from us, you must agree to our terms and conditions. There's nothing in there to trip you up, but please ensure you read them and understand them, as you'll be asked to sign (electronically) to say that you understand and are entering into a loan agreement with us.
What to do next...
Using the contact us page or the form, send us a message explaining who you are, where you are and what you need a laptop for.
We'll get back to you pretty soon, first of all to let you know if we have a machine available. If not, we can put you on a waiting list so you can get one as soon as one is returned or we have another donated and repurposed. If we have one we'll send you a link to an e-form for you to fill in contact details etc. and then you'll need to sign up to our terms and conditions. Once we've got that out of the way, we'll get a laptop to you as soon as possible. If you're local that will likely be a personal delivery the next day, or if you're further away it might take a day to box it up and post it out to you.
